Document access controls, authentication, encryption practices, vulnerability handling and incident-response procedures as the platform matures.

Explain what customer data FH Cloud processes, why it is processed, how long it is retained and what choices customers have.
Responsible AI
Synthetic-audio detection should return risk signals rather than unquestionable truth. High-impact decisions should allow thresholds, evidence and human review.
Reliability
Publish service status, availability objectives, maintenance notices and incident history when production infrastructure launches.
Subprocessors
Maintain a current list of material infrastructure and intelligence providers used to process customer workloads.
Compliance Roadmap
